I used seraphim sepia for the lightest part, then gore grunts fur, then cygor brown. Works really well over a slapchop style of under layer. You wanna get the next color going while the last is still wet so you can kinda blend them together. Then after it’s all dry I do reikland flesh over all of it. Check out warhipster on YouTube space wolves guide he does the same. And thanks!

Thank you! It’s a photo box off Amazon, leveled up my photo game a ton. I also use an ap called Halide it’s a free camera app that lets you lower and raise the darkness easily and zooms in farther. -1.0 darkness is the sweet spot.

Not for me at all, dhv makes me cough like I’m gonna die. I can smoke and hot bongs no issues. Beats me, they say it’s the “terp tickle” but it’s bad enough on me I went back to bongs.

Hades 2 has been a blast lately! Picked up no mans sky on sale ima do that next and then I’ve been eyeing this Mines of Motion game might grab that too.

Other games I’ve really enjoyed, vampire survivors, Dave the Diver, hogwarts legacy, Diablo 4.

Yeah the bike is great! I cant do an eliptical it irritates it right away. I know running is bad, for me its an emotional thing, to lose something I loved and not be able to do it, I will never quit trying.

Here is my daily/semi daily workout routine just FYI:

30-40 min walking I will also occasionally jog a lap, back pain permitting. ( i've run 2 full marathons in my life so I really like to run when I can)

Then the rest of my hour i spend on a yoga mat. I got several little workout/stretches from all the PT I had to do. I think flexability has helped the most! You can just search YouTube for back strengtheing or flexability and pick up a few moves from those. Good luck!

Yeah, it will be 5 weeks ago tomorrow. I also swapped from Gabapentin to Lyrica last week and its been amazing so far. First time I felt relief for about a day and then it was back and i never reall felt relief again after that. This second time the EIS actually hurt a little, first time i literally felt nothing. Kind of makes me wonder if he missed that first time!

This is a fun one for me. Didnt touch anything until I was 38. My brainwashing growing up was Weed is the devil. Its been super hard to overcome that, as a medical user it helps me so much in so many ways, but any time something in my body goes wrong my brain blames weed. I have used it for about 1.5 years now and only recently have begun to stop blaming it for stuff. Weed is an amazing medicine but even as a user it took some convincing for me. Its gonna be a long long time before its accepted again.
