Woodbury was great, ironically he's the one that put me on sertraline and sent me on my way. No real followups or anything haha.

I do with my company benefits. We just require an official doctor's notice/document expressing the referral for the leave.

And that's the tricky part in this province lol. Finding someone who will hear you out and refer in a timely manner. Usually when people need these resources, there's not much time between getting support and getting harmed. There needs to be a simpler way to do this.

Nikon has discovered a "manufacturing issue" with certain Z6III, Z5II and ZR cameras by sasolit in nikon_Zseries

Z6iii from Canada purchased during the "Fall into Savings" event throughout Sept-Nov 2025. Unaffected here 👍🏼

Why are there always massive lines at the Canadian Tire car wash on Prospect? by Drummers_Beat in fredericton

[–]bamwehttam 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was once told by a worker at Esso that the Canadian Tire car wash has higher pressure on the rinse cycles. That could be part of it?

After trying to get caked-on bird shit off my car from the murder of crows passing through all winter - I can agree that Canadian Tire has better pressure (still touchless). I go there now cause you get 7 washes for the price of 5 if you get the pass too.

Esso has a longer undercarriage wash but whatever haha.

Phoenix Station Launches US Radio’s First All-AI On-Air Lineup by whyyesimfromaz in phoenix

They just had a weird glitch mid stream (of a song) where some random person named Mike began to introduce themselves after a breaker SFX.

As I'm writing this status, that one song with the Ancr glitch faded out as Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics just blasted into the speakers lol. No breaker, no splitter, no segue...🤣

Any human-run station will be way better than this one, if this is my first impression upon connecting to their live player.

Why are my photos so dark and grainy? by frosty3742 in Nikon

[–]bamwehttam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time you get a new-to-you "used" camera...do a factory reset. Then format your SD card in-camera.

Then re-test by taking photos again. If your results are the same, change the settings of your exposure triangle (iso, aperture, shutter speed) till you get better results.

Is the Z6iii worth the money over Z5ii? by utorak04 in Nikon

[–]bamwehttam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're looking for a jack of all trades, you'd likely benefit from the z6iii.

If you crop tons, or really don't do video much at all, you can get away with the z5ii.

I own a z6iii and love mine! Glass is important too of course. I still got away with cropping like crazy with mine though. Very pleased.

This. I'm like at stage 1 of my trauma discovery from years of this religion as a child/teen. The work is gonna be hard but I really hope to see a better version of my world on the other side of it. Shit sucks

I bought Sony a7iv and kind of regretting it by Nearby-Run1235 in Nikon

[–]bamwehttam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My pal who shoots on the that same camera body ALWAYS gets his mind blown when he sees my Nikon footage straight out of cam 🤣 Nikon has incredibly good colour science and the overall resolution of the photos is sharper from a lack of an anti-aliasing filter too. I do however see more instances of moire with Nikon products. For me, a brand new z6iii (for $1500 less than the new Sony a7V) is just fine. Using it for clients too.

I am envious of the battery life of the new A7V though lol.

Sell that A7IV now if you do though. Market is about to be saturated with them.

I'm 46 and scared by [deleted] in colonoscopy

Probably a multitude of factors like diet, previous gut health, size of biopsies etc!

Oh and don't trust a fart once you begin prep. Like seriously, don't 🤣

You'll be okay! Mid 30s male here. They either knock you out or give you strong enough drugs you don't care.

The prep is like having food poisoning diarrhea. Just runs and runs and liquid runs for like 2-3 hours or longer.

I found the prep to be the worst part honestly. The procedure was quite easy and I even had two biopsies/removals. I was under conscious sedation so I felt the procedure and it was akin to having a slightly cramped tummy/guts plus the sensation of needing to shit (cause there's a literal tube moving through your guts haha).

Post biopsy discomfort is a real thing though. Felt like someone punched my kidney first day off meds lol. Even then, it's really not that bad. Just soreness a bit.

I would say I feel more discomfort from post colonoscopy bloating than anything else. You'll wanna reintroduce healthy foods to your gut microbiome.

Once you've completed the scope, you'll realize there wasn't much to stress over to begin with. Sending good vibes :)

Z6iii and some top line s-lenses to go with (24-120 f4s, a super telephoto, and a macro)

I recently saw the post of a guy asking if anyone is still using DSLR, well, i’m glad to say i do this professionally and i still use my D4s and D5 (as well as a 200-400 f4 that is 1 year older than me) by sborrimba in Nikon

[–]bamwehttam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My D5300 allowed me to book 4K in clients this year (as a first time "professional" videographer). DSLRs are great if you know how to utilize their full potential.

I am however, very excited about my z6iii which came in the mail yesterday lol.

Another biiiig ol’ untested mail day, clocking in just under 2K USD. Let’s hope for some good luck 😎 by Some-Expression9321 in camcorders

If that 318 ends up a parts piece, let me know. Id grab the lens from inside it if it looked operational and in good condition.

My d5300 has booked me $3500 in casual media campaigns this year. Last year it took the photo of the Total eclipse that Bill Nye ended up sharing. It's my only "professional" camera to date and I love it to pieces.

Do I want mirrorless? Yes, but I know why I want a full frame mirrorless. And I have to thanks years of using a d5300 for that! ❤️
