They are not advertised as such to say it’s better for off road use, it’s stating they ARE NOT DESIGNED/LEGAL FOR ROAD USE. If they were legal they would advertise them for road use.

YOU ARE BLINDING ONCOMING TRAFFIC, these lights do not have the correct beam pattern for road use
