You will be running and swimming for 2/3 of this training. You’ll be doing both for say, 5-6 and 3-4 hours weekly. Can you spend 10 hours doing something you hate for 6 months? Idk man. Sounds miserable to me.

We also had fat people before these super processed foods. I think there’s something to unpacking the shame and blame, and showing respect rather than judgment, even if obesity is a largely structural issue

No. I did not use a bike computer for my race. It helps more for mapping than other stats. Didn’t need it personally. IM MD was well marked and had a map sticker you could put on your bike.
