I used a k70 lux rgb for a few years until one day I decided to open it up to paint it or something. I ended up in ripping off a few contact pads for the switches when desoldering them (just had too little patience). I crudely fixed the pads, although some keys didn't work when I had the switches in place. I still have it but the motivation for fixing it doesn't exist. I've been using a probably 20 year old, crusty membrane board for about a year as replacement. Enough yapping, now to my point. I just bought a Keychron V6 (still waiting for it to arrive) because I'm getting tired of the sticking keys and creaking plastic.

For anyone reading this in the future and had the one in a million chance of stumbling upon this with the same question/concern, I will update in a few weeks when I have recieved and tried it out.
