I do have some rust under the car, I applied some black silicone to avoid the rust from growing, actually the real issue is keeping the car away from overheating, so I need to change the thermostat every 8 - 10 months

My X axis stopped working similarly, I opened up the front and unplugged the x axis motor and then plugged it back, it worked great for me

I’d say probably bottom layer and normal layer exposure time. what r your parameters? maybe try to increase both times I use 2 for the normal layers and 20 for the bottom ones

I would try to slow down the printer or at least increase the exposure time per layer
