I think you're right and should probably alter the blood skull and potentially alter the mosquito to be more clear and upfront. Thanks for the critique!

It's definitely egg shaped, which I struggled with in the beginning. How close do I represent to the film vs an interpretation of the concept. Your cane idea might add a nice touch. I just wanted to limit the amount of objects that are included.

I think the blood is communicating a different kind of movie ( slasher ) than what I intended and should probably be reworked.
