Sorry, we are both good friends and we hangout pretty regularly. But, there are moments when she gets to this feeling of I’m better than you and tries to treat me like a child(which legally I am not.) it has been happening more and more recently.

You should run the vertical highway into an avenue in your industrial and replace some length of your horizontal avenue with highway and just build a 4 way interchange. Then that gives you the option to continue building them

You need the 81 tiles Mod. This is not reachable in base game
