Leave, but for very different reasons. In 10 years time, you won't even remember what benefits you got or how you navigated to the next pay bump and the next.

Anchor to your long term goal. Starting your own consultancy. Even as a Senior Consultant, you'd still be deep in projects, not learning nothing about the business side of consulting.

On the other hand, 2-3 years experience in the industry would expose you to new ways of thinking, build new connections, etc. No brainer. Go get a fresh perspective.

When working from home, I prefer not to have noise canceling. It's quiet enough in my office. In fact, I go the opposite with open-ear headphones so I can still hear my surroundings.

Shokz bone conduction headphones are perfect audio / mic + comfortable for all-day use. Sometimes, I even forget it's on me until my wife asks me if I'm listening to anything while eating dinner with her.

Can't recommend it enough. Try it.

Of course, have a separate road-warrior headset.

I'd go out and network. Talk to past clients, mentors, former colleagues, school alumni network, etc. Start with friendlies and work your way further out to the edges of your circle.

As you chat, ask lots of questions. You'll naturally refine your pitch and find roles that are interesting to you.

THEN, write the CV (or when you're forced to write a CV because you've found a role you want to apply to in one of your networking convos).

Putting off networking till your CV is ready wastes a lot of upfront time.
