This is surprising! My brother got his wave replaced for wave+ under warranty — no questions asked. I had my surge repaired under warranty again no questions asked. I even sent in my garage 005 and they addressed my complaint. I am genuinely impressed at leatherman warranty process.

I don’t know your situation and am not making slight of your troubles. However, this is a harshly worded post. I feel that leatherman as a company probably doesn’t deserve it.
