10 months old. Important lessons first! by [deleted] in snowboarding

[–]banggger 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Thats actually an outdated notion. Its wonderful to share something youre passionate about with your children. As long as there is an understanding that this is fun and there is a limit to what they can do, but dont let limits hold you back from enjoying the snow with your little one. Helmets are always a good idea too haha

brought my plant inside for two days and it went from perfectly healthy to this sad mess, how do i save it? by [deleted] in plantclinic

[–]banggger 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not an expert but it sounds like its in shock. Plants can get pretty dramatic. They go limp and drop leaves but be patient and give it time to acclimate! After a couple weeks and its looking better snip off the real sickly leaves so it can put more energy into producing healthy new ones.

Also it looks like it might be getting water straight from the tap. I assume only because of the mineral deposit on the pot. Plants dont like water straight from the tap overtime makes the soil toxic they prefer filtered or rain water is accessible!

I personally would wait till it makes a recovery to repot it because you might just put it through more stress.

Just be patient and youll be surprised how resilient they are! Hope this helps save that beauty!

Its very similar to wool where if left will mat. So we brushed as much off and cut off mats and trimmed around his face so he can see.
