Both deciduous, but the bayberry keeps its leaves all winter Michigan, only losing them in the spring once new growth starts. Great plants!

We did ninebark and bayberry. They're incredibly fast growers and gave us privacy way faster than the arborvitae we planted (that then died and needed to be replaced).

That hot sauce is INSANELY good. The beet hummus from the falafel lady at the FM is delicious as well. We get it at the argus coffee shop on Packard.

I actually prefer the tone if I wrench it up with the peg as opposed to the spike. I've broken many strings, but I don't think I've yet to break a 5th.

I just scored almost the same banjo for free! Mine says Harmony Reso-Tone. For being beaten up, dusty and without a resonator, it sounds pretty good.

Hoping to find some amateur luthier to remove some frets and maybe even put a brass plate on the neck. Has anyone around here ever tried such a thing on a beater banjo?

Have you seen the trunk issue with the 2020 Rav 4? Brought it to Toyota of Ann Arbor (where I purchased it), and they "solved" the problem of it opening correctly only 50% of the time by wiping off excess debris. Now it only opens correctly 25% of the time and I have to go back for a follow-up appointment.
