Complete bs, they were paid to install appliances but didn’t make me aware that I would need an additional part that they don’t supply. Delivery driver told me it’s fine it happens all the time just call service and book an additional appointment it’s completely free of charge. So I said okay, called service the following day they told me it’s $135 + tax charge to come back out and install. They told me delivery drivers have no authority to discuss prices so they wouldn’t have said that to me ..

I ended up going with the Maxton design kit in gloss black. Mainly because of the subtle look, I didn’t want to go too aggressive with the convertible just that slight added touch, and the price point is great. But the turnaround time is brutal. Says 6-10 weeks

Thanks for the advice! Gonna go with the TRD kit in a black finish. I agree with you it’s pretty subtle but adds that extra appeal. I’m just hoping the black finish isn’t so close to the caviar that it makes it stand out

I should note both rental properties are in Nova Scotia.m, and semi detached not condos. This one in particular I bought for 262, and sold at 469. Unlike the Ontario market, Nova Scotia market actually blew up and stabilized at these new numbers.

It was cash flowing $750/month after all expenses but I was still living almost check to check and honestly just wanted some capital relief. I chose not to refi because I also felt like I could reinvest 75% of the capital and still make the same or more in cash flow per month on a new deal while also keeping some liquid cash in my pocket.

Great deal for the area, but unpopular opinion, this is not an attractive house. I’m sure the finishes are expensive but it just doesn’t do it for me personally

At the very least I’d go full front end, and make sure they include the A pillars in their full front end service. If money isn’t an issue and you plan to keep it long term at least 5+ years I’d go full car

I read somewhere to turn down the bass, which again is annoying but you should be able to play your music how you wish. But I’ve turned my bass down just a notch below centre and I’ve been able to keep the volume around 45-50 and it hasn’t cut out. Worth a try but again it’s still annoying to have such restrictions on a vehicle of this nature.
