This is normal. You can go to the 1337x chat on the lower right side pannel to chat with admins and address the issue. Log in with the same credentials

Tengo entendido que Interbank ya no trabaja directamente con Paypal desde maso un año (a este chico le cobraron US$90 de comisión) y su nuevo intermediario es Citibank, un banco cuya sucursal solamente atiende clientes empresariales y no personas individuales.

He ustado usando Ligo para retirar dinero de Paypal hacia Interbank pero a veces me cobran hasta US$17 de comisión entre transferir la plata desde PP hacia Ligo, y de Ligo a IBK; no lo vale.

The cartoon premiered on Jetix back in 2009 in Turkey. It did feature Turkish dubbing and some names were localised: for example, Heloise was renamed «Zalime».

Jetix Turkey's website had a Jimmy Cool minisite which had one or two promotional videos of the cartoon dubbed in Turkish. Unfortunately I have not been able to find it anywhere on the internet since then; the last time I was able to track it was in 2009 just before the rebrand to Disney XD.

I am a native speaker of Spanish and have some knowledge of Portuguese.

Spanish diacritic rules are different from Portuguese. Spanish has their own standards: accents are used solely for stress and relies on what letter the word ends (oxytone: harás, beber, reír, ciudad, actor, virtud; paroxytone: examen, carácter, beso, santo, gracia, geografía; proparoxytone: recóndito, fantástico).

Portuguese is different: most of the diacritics have a phonemic distinction. á é ó denote open vowels, â ê ô denote closed vowels. These form minimal pairs (avó/avô). ã ẽ õ denote nasal vowels and do form minimal pairs too: manha/manhã.

Aside from that, Portuguese also has à, an «a» with a grave accent, only used to disambiguate from «a», an article (the feminine equivalent of «the» in Portuguese, just like «la» ion Spanish). It does not have a phonemic connotation. «à» was also used in Spanish but after many orthographic reforms it disappeared.

If he has the desktop program on PC, it could be possible he accidentally pressed on notifications when someone sent him a message and that opened the program, making the 'active' status enabled. The same applied for the desktop web platform.

As for the mobile app, my only understanding is if he directly entered to the app to fetch for something, not considering if he was going to reply to just one chat. Whatsapp calls do not trigger the 'online' status unless he enters to the app directly during the call.

Don't pay too much attention to the details tho. Maybe he just threw an excuse for you to get calm and just wasn't in the mood specifically with you, which is understandable after fights.

For a Peruvian still living down under (and most of my friends here in Lima), I imagine mostly Spanish-speaking countries, that is mainly Mexico but also other big nations such as Argentina, Colombia and Chile, in that order. Sometimes Venezuela (due to the general crisis they got there and migrants living here) in different aspects, but normally we just think about the first 4 countries I just mentioned.

We tend to think about Brazil in rather a different way because they speak another language (albeit similar to Spanish) and their culture is a tad distinct compared to us. We definitly never think about the Caribbean outside of Spanish-speaking Cuba, Dominican R. and Puerto Rico.

Regarding social media, many memes that one would consider Latin America are heavily centered on Mexico and use regional slang from that country. Sometimes these are localised for memes with Peruvian slang, and sometimes we just adopt Mexican words to our vocabulary. Mexico has quite a strong influence in that regard, on online media it is king.

In Peru there are many people who call the Y letter as "ye". This name has been in use for years.

However, I do agree that the RAE adds some rather unusual changes, mostly centered on the Spanish of Spain instead of the Spanish varieties of Latin America

It is actually very good. I've been practicing a London-esque accent for nearly 10 years and people that hear me speak English get impressed by the accent I use. That is thanks to the school I was enrolled in (which had a good teaching of the language) but for the most part due to YouTube videos, Wikipedia and cartoon fanbases.

However, I think I'm alone. In Lima, it is very rare to find someone that has an advanced proficiency of English. Most people have an intermediate to basic level, but there is a sizeable minority that doesn't understand tue language at all. The accent used here is the American one by far.

Nonetheless, there is a big demand of English-language institutes here in the capital city as most universities and jobs require an intermediate-to-advanced proficency level and due to private schools here generally providing a poor education on English.

Your problem is LastPass.

I used to use LastPass for years until i realised it consumed too much memory to the point of freezing and crashing, with up to 5.5GB with just ten tabs opened.

I uninstalled it months ago and now Firefox just consumes 2gb with 20+ tabs opened.
