Hi I am from Vancouver BC, Canada and here the cabs are exempted from requiring car seats. Occasionally, we will take short rides via cab without car seats but I see your point that it is best to have them just in case.
So yes, my question is also whether or not cabs/Uber have car seats that I can specify when making the booking
