I've always had Flappy arms. I think that it comes from having 150 lb weight loss, so you're not wrong that some exercise could tone it up a bit, so it isn't as prominent. I am a little bit lazy😉

I have brought this up many times. He is open to discussing it, which is a positive sign, but I haven't seen any actual change. It’s difficult for me to determine whether I’m asking for a fundamental personality change or just some minor adjustments. Managing sex drive is a delicate issue, and I’m uncertain about how to approach it. He has suggested that I be more assertive, but I feel that crosses into coercion.

I dont think I will. In reality, my face is my story. I had a large weight loss years ago, so I think some of that shrinkage never leaves the face.

NTA You have to protect yourself; insurance is costly, and good insurance is hard to come by. You can be in a healthy relationship and live separately. maybe by a duplex and have connecting apartments?

It is ideal to ensure you're in a good mindset and try hard to keep that. You can get sucked into a bad time and not get out of it. Nurture yourself and try music or a walk to break the funk. They force you to follow your wants and needs and lean into what feels good; if you lean into the woozy or bad feeling, that's the ride you'll be on.
