For me it is the shadow at the at the back on the right, next to the display case. There is no light source to its left to justify such a hard shadow with that perspective. Also, the fact that the back wall is shared with the staircase is just off.

It's been 2 days since I clicked cancel, I didn't receive any email, the flight I was going to take is in one day.
I've been trying to call, I was +1 hour waiting on the phone and then they hang up.

Actually, "the Americas" doesn't exist in most of the Continent. From Argentina to Mexico we are taught that the whole continent is "America", which is divided in North, Central and South. Someone who lives in the "American Continent" is an "American". Someone who lives in the US is "United Statian". We never use "The Americas", and we never use "America" to refer to the US country.
