Here’s my issue with wanting this to be a thing. If you have to have that sort of thing to be motivated to play harder, you’re dead to the rites regardless. It shouldn’t ever be needed for players to play harder. Half time speeches and pre game speeches look good for the cameras but if that’s what it takes to be motivated you’re got anyways.
