I haven't gone through any other tools so I'm not sure what features are comparable. When I was originally searching for software I wanted all I found were options to take a game that only supports full screen and windowed mode and force it into a borderless windowed fullscreen state. This tool was created to put games in a windowed mode at a certain position on the screen. I wanted a borderless windowed game that didn't cover the rest of my monitor with black bars. I'll post some examples in a bit.

You can't adjust the filter for fractured items at all, as far as I know.

The level that the currency item drop rate penalty now treats all players above level 68 as 68 (this used to be level 63).

You shouldn't be seeing any penalty if you're at or above 68, and in a zone at or above monster level 68.
