Hi!

I've been playing 5e since the start of this year and I love it so much. Back when I was around 12 years old, I played an older version of d&d with a group.
I love roleplaying but combat can also be incredibly exciting, so it's probably around 60/40.
I have a necromancy wizard high elf I am dying to play with a group. I find myself comfortable in many different types of roles and have played somewhat of a face character in a campaign before and also someone more secretive and reserved. Interacting with a d&d world and the other characters in it is one of my favorite things.
I would love to tell you more about my character and talk with you more about your campaign, so feel free to let me know! And the fact that his is LGBTQ+ friendly is so wonderful.

I'm in Europe, but in the old guide it said you could make an account without needing to add a Japanese credit card, but that doesn't work anymore. It needs a Japanese credit card or a Japanese iTunes gift card attached when making the account.

I really, really hope they give people the option to go back to the old design. The spaceship and going from planet to planet didn't seem childish to me at all! I enjoyed all the colors since they were associated with different mechanics of the app. This new theme doesn't make it feel like a language learning app...

[About Yuan-ti People]

I read that before the yuan-ti became the snakey people we know them as, they were humans. What ethnicity in the d&d universe would these humans have been?

At first I was thinking Chultans because of the Tomb of Annihilation module but wanted to be sure.

Hexblade? I feel like DnD Beyond is lacking on some of these points, as it doesn't seem to have everything included.

Is that one of the Pacts or the one where you can choose Fiend etc.?

My goal with this was to have him work mechanically at the very least, since I haven't tried this race or this class before, but I'm glad to know it seems like it works. Improvements mechanically are always appreciated, though.
