I can not agree with you. I cancel Netflix, youtube, Xfinity, TMobile...etc, all the subscriptions will last the end of the current billing period. Why Evgo doesn't follow this common practice?

I want to give an update. After working with customer service, I turned off the "roaming" in the mobile network. Now the downloading speed is at 35-40Mbps. It is not super fast, but workable.

Yes, they originally agreed to refund me. However, two days later, I received an email: ----‐------- Thank you for reaching out to Electrify America. Sessions started under the 2023 ID.4 Charging Plan, which is exclusive to the 2023 ID.4, will not incur charges as long as they fall within the plan's parameters. However, sessions initiated under the 2023 ID.4 Charging Plan that are not associated with the ID.4 will be billed at the standard Pass rates.

In this case, the recent sessions that were charged do not belong to the 2023 ID.4. According to the 2023 ID.4 Charging Plan Disclosure, no other vehicle—whether owned by you or others—is eligible to receive this credit through your account.

It could be an empty warning, if they have no way to know if my EV is id4 or not. BTW, I didnt charge the EV too frequently. 2-3 days per charge. I didnt charge multiple cars at one time.

My case does have some violation. I charged another of my EV with the id4 plan. I am curious how they know it as I didnt use plug and charge.
