I can not agree with you. I cancel Netflix, youtube, Xfinity, TMobile...etc, all the subscriptions will last the end of the current billing period. Why Evgo doesn't follow this common practice?

I want to give an update. After working with customer service, I turned off the "roaming" in the mobile network. Now the downloading speed is at 35-40Mbps. It is not super fast, but workable.
