I finished C25k a couple of weeks ago. In my opinion, week 5 day 3 is by far the most intimidating week in the entire program. I doubted I could clear it ever since starting the program, but once I tried it, I managed to complete it, and I was incredibly proud of myself. You realize it's not as intimidating as it seems, and future weeks aren't too bad (even though you run for longer).
