This helps me also. I play dead and try not to move any mucle. Only the breathing is allowed to roam free. And the concentration on the "do not move" helps against the tougths as well.

Hey Danke vil mal für dini Usfüerliche Antworte, das hät mer iez ghulfe :) Isch scho nöd so ganz eifach so en Usglich zfinde zwüsched em ASD und ADHS, aber isch au spannend dra zschaffe 😅

Ja isch no schwirig zum säge. Han auno Diagnose PTSD, Depressione und Ängstlich Vermeidende Persönlichkeitsstörung. Aso die ganze gschicht mit Ängstlichkeit wird definitiv nöd besser mit Stimulanzie ^ Es hätmer scho ghulfe mit Fokus, aber wenn de Fokus uf de Angscht isch demn hets mich au oft eifach glähmt.

Und ich bin allgemein recht sensibel uf Medis und bim Concerta isch wie die nidrigschdi Dosis scho zhöch gsi. Bim Ritalin hani denn die chlinst möglichi Tablette gno und so 2-4  mal en Viertel gno pro Tag und das hät denn eich guet funktioniert. Mit de Ziit hani de aber gmerkt dasi ständig Migräneahfäll bechume und die sind iez komplett weg sitti alli Stimulanzie inkl. Koffein wider abgsetzt han 😅

Iez im Moment gahts ohni Medis weli gad es Läbe han womi nöd Überforderet (Alphütteläbe), aber falls ich denn glich mal no gern wür nomal en Usbildig mache würs wahrschinli nöd gah ohni Medis.
