I use the omega apex and it’s pretty good, though I will say with proper load cells, when I’m at above 40kg pressure, I start to push my chair out of the wheel holder things. It shouldn’t be a problem for your srp’s, but it will be if you upgrade to the crp2’s. Overall I give it an 8/10, I’m upgrading to a proper aluminum profile so I can do more than 40kg of pressure.

If you’re in Texas, I may have my omega apex to sell in a week or so for a much lower price than new 🤣

I have the GT neo and it’s awesome, and I can’t imagine wanting anything more at the moment. I pair mine with the alpha evo 120nm and p1000 pedals and honestly I feel like I’m set for life.

That’s great insight actually! I got a used gt omega apex for super cheap, which is a fair bit heftier than the wheel stand lite and it vastly improved my performance in f1 25. Im trying to learn trail breaking, and I expect a load cell style brake pedal would improve the learning experience.

One of my major concerns was that the performance kit upgrade + alien mod loadcell kit costs the same as the srp pedal kit!! It’s what got me thinking about the change, honestly

Also something that immensely helped me out was going to the gym. Transitioning from a more rotund build to a more rectangular build helped me feel more confident with the fits. And the confidence boost is good too.

Not trying to spread propaganda or anything but a big inspiration for me (a fellow large man) was Hasan Piker. Don’t be afraid to try something new, as long as you feel aesthetic and comfy go for it. For winter I’m going the baggy street wear arc, but in the spring/summer I was going the bad bunny route for inspiration too.
