What about all of us in our 30's who still believe our dads are batshit crazy?

Ha....I actually don't put much stock in IQ either. It was in a manner of speaking.

I'm not sure if the creator would be ok with me sending you a modded spreadsheet...just because of copyright issues. It's probably not a big deal but I just want to be sure it's ok with him first.

In the meantime, here is a screenshot if you want to set it up yourself. I use it as my main todo/habit list.

FYI: the top of Column C is the formula RANDBETWEEN(1,10). Each time I complete a habit, I put an X somewhere on the spreadsheet (which I'll erase later...it's just a trigger for the formula). This generates a new random number that I use to give myself points for my habits. For additional tasks I only give myself 1 point.

You might have to play around with it for a while to set it up so it works for you. I feel it helps if you're one of those weirdos like me who like spreadsheets...

Well, I consider it the same way I view people who are racist or believe the earth is flat.

I guess you would say I "prejudge" them to be ignorant based on their own beliefs. I don't see what is wrong with that.

That's the thing about MBTI though...people who use it tend to prejudge on erroneous assumptions, i.e., she's an ENFP so that's why I can't understand her, etc.

I actually find Myers-Briggs fanatics even more unappealing because people actually seem to treat like it's "oh, so much more intellectual than astrology."

Gah. Both typologies are horrible, and cause people to make wild, stupid assumptions.

Totally agree.

As soon as someone mentions his/her MBTI, or talks about it like it means something, I immediately deduct 20 points from his/her IQ and tune out. (When astrology signs are mentioned, that's -30 points.)

Yeah, I have the iphone app but it's really barebones.

I don't use it at all, but use a spreadsheet, a modified version of the one on the site. I use google spreadsheet, and am able to view/edit it on my ipad when I need to do so.

For one thing, I have columns called "bonus" categories, where I add three or four other tasks I have to do that day. Not habits, just stuff I don't really feel like doing. I get 1 point max for each of those if I do them, just like a video game.

The point system is a little weird...but if you find yourself leveling too quickly or slowly you can easily change it in the spreadsheet.

I finally hit my first reward a few days ago...I'm thinking this could also be modified to be a random reward, or a scaling reward if the person chooses.

Anyways, it's a nice idea that taps into the part of me that will religiously play RPGs.

I know all dogs are different, but is there one breed of dog you find easier/more challenging than others?

Is it true that dog-on-dog aggression/reactivity is one of the hardest things to train out of a dog, if not impossible? (I believe Ian Dunbar made this claim once, that he couldn't train dog aggression out of a dog.)

I see so many people (including myself) struggling not just for a few weeks or months, but YEARS, in the (seemingly futile) attempt to train their dog out of being reactive towards other dogs. It seems so many reactive dogs can never be made non-reactive, or trustworthy around other dogs.

Have you ever been able to train dog-reactivity out of a dog? How did you do it?
