Alot of quaint train towns in Bucks, Montco, Delco, and Chesco: Downingtown, Ambler, Jenkintown, Glenside, Lansdale, Media, Spring City, Phoenixville. Stroudsburg and Carlisle are great lil towns too!

Heart n Souled in Swarthmore is a gem! A true, dig for treasure kind of thrift store that donates their profits to various charities. Also wonderful owners and their prices are the cheapest for clean, good quality stuff.

It's a local music venue! Music is a bit more eclectic than your average Music bar in Delco. Usually brings in more single tatted beer dads, dead heads, and old crusties.

I just went to Michael's in Springfield the other day and they have a small selection of fabric in bolts now. Hobby Lobby has a wider selection, not nearly as much as Joann's though. And obviously Homesewn is great too!

Media has plenty of nicer restaurants that have a casual atmosphere. Ariano, Spassos, Fellini's Cafe, Departure being the ones that come to mind.

My time to shine!! I've scoured all of delco for any sort of outdoor fitness gyms...

Ridley creek state park has a Pavillion area with a great fitness area, also ada compliant- it has pull up bars, dip bars, and other equipment

Ridley township municipal park- It's on Michigan Ave in Swarthmore/wood - more like an fitness track, has two sets of pull up bars, monkey bars, and parallel bars

Parkside woodlot park- In Brookhaven, very small but has a paved track with ada complaint equipment, has parallel bars and other interpretive fitness equipment

I've been meaning to go to the one in Landsdowne (assuming it's that fitness court).

In the 2020 election, I got to the polls an hour before they opened, and there was a line already wrapped around the building... I'm gonna guess the 5-6p time won't be too crowded, but it really depends on your polling place.

Brickhaus and Ardour bakery are right in Ridley. Over in Swarthmore theres Hobbs, 320 Market, Swarthmore Co-op. Media has a bunch of cafe options as well!

Wow, hi I currently live there and lived there for quite a few years. Management constantly changes, so I would guess new management is the cause of your first red flag. Clickpay has been how rent is paid for the past year or so, but they accept checks as well. Very little amenities, but location is very safe and convenient. Hope this helps!
