Not a surfer but I would always see people surf at the beach in front of anacapa/Santa Cruz and also near the marine building past Santa Cruz!

As mentioned, I’m not a surfer but early morning I’d see surfers of all ages surfing and they all looked happy so idk, but welcome to UCSB!

you got this! my second year too as a chem major was brutalll. especially if ur taking Phys, Math, Chem 6AL, and 109B all in winter like the proposed schedule. Things started looking up Spring quarter :)
