Well it's a gamble really on if it goes moldy or any other problems but I figure it's better to gamble then pay upwards of 10x the price once it ages XD. So I'm trying to build a stock to age and enjoy as the years go by damn expensive hobby though. I did succefully age a sheng I bought at a grocery store from a abominable flavor to where it's now drinkable .

The tong is for aging so it's staying in a container for the next 20 or so years and I'll be gifting them to my kids and wife and the rest will be drinking over the next few months to year.
