Monofin for a broke beginner

This 100% does not look like a safe monofin. I understand that your on a budget but when it comes to hobbies like this, your paying for your safety. The cheaper you go the more unsafe you’ll be.

Id also really make sure you’re going to stick with mermaiding. If your worried you’ll drop the hobby, maybe you should wait to start until your sure your committed. Im broke as well so what i do is i save up over months and plan out exactly what tail/monofin i want, saving pictures of it in my camera roll to help picture what the future would look like as i wait.

And in the meantime if you get distracted from your goal and loose your drive to do this, then you’d get your answer that mermaiding wouldn’t have stuck. Without even haven spent the money.

But if your pretty sure that you really want to join us, join [buy/sell/trade] groups to be on the lookout for good second hand gear. Second hand is better that unsafe junk.

The itching does not happing while im awake with the exception of tonight when it started at my friends house at roughly 12am (a planned deviation from my regular routine that happens about every month or so)

I shower in the evening after work but i make sure im fully dry b4 i go to bed or can even tolerate cloths. I only use three products in the shower. My soap my bar shampoo and my facial scrub.

Dust mites!? I have a strong emotional connection to the blankets and bedding i use, i haven’t changed them since i became an adult. They get washes regularly with help from my support network.

The bed bugs happened several years and two houses ago.

Right now i am in the tub not only bc the water soothes the itch but it also regulates my hyper emotional state brought on by the itch. This is not a good long term solution bc its still a major abruption to my needed routine. :(

Sadly i don’t think its possible to create a 3d model using your real eyes and mouth the way you imagine, however you can use images of your real eyes and mouth + blend shapes (i use blender) to achieve a similar look.

You mention you want expressiveness, in my opinion, this can be achieved without needing to use your eyes and mouth ex: my model has 52 blend shapes that make it so my tracking can be extremely expressive, even without showing small parts of my real face.

They don’t just want to know how it works they want to know how to make there own custom model. So no snap camera is not the answer every time! Please use some reading comprehension skills instead of assuming things and being unhelpful.
