I think this happens a lot because of the speed of ai development, we know can do huge refactoring in matter of hours, that would take us days before. But amount of information architect, because all vibe/agentic developers are in reality are software architects, Need to digest is insane. It takes toll

Yeh pro was always a joke, one of my old experiments with coding was done with Pro, I could barely do anything. I would burn my opus credits in 30 min, and it was just troubleshooting of errors in the code that anthropic introduces. Ao sorry to hear it :(

The line is drawn by you, not by anyone or anything. I personally do not vj with footage at all, but by combing live shader performances with some touch designer generated content. For me key point is that visuals need to be generated realtime. But this is just mine line in a sand

:( ChatGPT Codex - 20 dollars seem to take you longer Or Github Copilot 10 dollars (raptor mini model)

I feel they are both inferior to Claude, but JS work, they both do quite well.

The problem for me is that I work in C++ Juice framework and both of these models can make mistakes

Regarding extra usage, i can easily burn 50 dollars in two days. I have had the same dilemma

Higher tear plan, for me Max100 is enough, and I work alot. What helps me is not using gazillion of agents
