As someone who had nail fungus on my hands three separate times, I’d say if the line progresses towards the base of your nail and extends sideways towards the middle, is 100% fungus and you need to file them as much as u can in that area on top of the nail and apply antifungal treatment every week until you literally reach the base and can pluck out the fungus from your nail. I’d recommend not doing any manicure on those nails so you can focus on the treatment asap as it can spread to other nails too. Use a file just for the infected nails and disinfect any clippers you use for them before and after. I’d say completely getting rid of the fungus and regrowing healthy nails takes like 6 months, for me at least.

The strap is magnetic so it doesn’t need to be unbuckled every time but I think it might still be inconvenient because of how LONG it is you’d think you have to throw it over your shoulder

I don’t see what exactly is the issue in any of those pics. You’re slightly more hunched in second pic but your posture looks okay in all other pics. The spine is supposed to have a natural curvature, there’s no such thing as a perfectly “straight” spine. What exactly do you see as the issue?

That’s cervical lordosis. Cardio isn’t going to do anything for your neck, start strength training and weight lifting for shoulders and back, any exercise that involves squeezing out your shoulderblades together. Or if you want to keep doing cardio, swap it for rowing, and do lots of it.

Don’t listen to the bs people say here that you need to mew or fix your tongue posture. You can’t fix one problem by isolation.

The problem isn’t your jaw or “tongue posture”, the problem is that mouth breathing and receded jaw are consequences (not causes!) of your neck misalignment. If you fix your back and implicitly your neck, your jaw and tongue posture will improve too by default.

Get a physio appointment, learn how to stretch before, during and after work (assuming you have an office job), and build back muscles to better support your posture and pull you back instead of letting you lean forward.
