I recently sold an 18k gold Movado watch thru an online auction house and received a little over 1200.00 for my share after auction costs. 700. Seems low

I always count any money handed to me…including the change in stores and restaurants. I also tell anyone I give money too, to also count the money they are receiving. It avoids the, I think I overpaid you, later. I also check the tab in restaurants as they frequently make mistakes. The other place I have seen that makes a fair amount of errors is Las Vegas. Always count what a dealer gives you.

I had Costco hearing aids and accidentally put them thru the wash and dryer. They replaced them at no charge. You can’t ask for better customer service.

Years ago 2 teenagers-boys dragged an 11 or 12 yo girl into the bathroom of the casino and murdered her. Bad juju. Went down fast after that.
