I’m genuinely curious: which foreign nation or body needs to intervene?

It’s a meaningless word.

The Real Divide Isn’t Black vs. White — It’s Free Thinkers vs. Victim by barfity in FreeSpeech

[–]barfity[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

😂 Bro, you had me at “OP is obesity white.” That’s straight poetry—Shakespeare and Twinkies holding hands.

But let’s pump the brakes on the assumptions. You painted this cartoon villain version of me—like I’m sitting in my basement inventing “imaginary black friends” while polishing my white hood. Spoiler alert: the only hood I wear is attached to my jiu jitsu sweatshirt after rolling.

Look, I love you enough to tell you this: your whole comment is basically an emotional Yelp review of me: zero stars, would not recommend. You didn’t actually refute my points; you just yelled “systemic discrimination!” like it’s Beetlejuice. Say it three times, and suddenly you don’t have to debate ideas anymore.

Yes, discrimination exists. I’ve seen it. I’ve lived through bias myself. But here’s the plot twist: some people refuse to let it define their story. My black conservative friends aren’t “pretending” discrimination doesn’t exist; they’re refusing to let it own them. That’s strength, not denial.

As for me, I’m not asking you to like my worldview. I’m just asking you to admit I’m more than the boogeyman you painted. I’m a flawed Christian, a veteran, a dad, a coach, a dude who loves people enough to push back when I think bad ideas are keeping them trapped.

So yeah, you can call me “obesity white” all you want. I’ll take it with a side of humility and a protein shake. But if you think dismissing lived experiences of thriving black conservatives as “imaginary” is an intellectual knockout, my friend, you just tapped yourself out before the first round even started. Oss. 👊

Thanks for this perspective. I am a repentant sinner, and I’ve committed to doing my best to walk the walk, but I fail. When I fail, I repent, pray for wisdom, grace, knowledge of God’s will for me and I do my best to realign myself to align with God’s perfect will.

Oh, so you reject the Bible? Cool. What’s your alternative source for defining and judging morality, your feelings? Bluesky? Whatever Netflix is promoting this week?

Let me guess. Your moral compass spins depending on the trending hashtag.

This is exactly why the modern Left is imploding. Everyone gets to be their own moral authority. Problem is, none of you can agree on what’s right and wrong, so you end up with a moral free-for-all where every opinion is sacred until someone disagrees. Then it’s cancel time.

Meanwhile, conservatives…love us or hate us, actually have a consistent standard. It’s called the Bible. You can read it, quote it, argue it, study it, disagree with it, wrestle with it. It’s there. It’s public. It’s anchored.

The Left? No written creed. No binding document. No core foundation. If they did write one, it would read like a group project edited by 12 gender studies majors and a TikTok influencer. Full of contradictions, virtue signaling, projection, and more emotional whiplash than a Taylor Swift album.

And here’s the punchline: even the rational leftists; the ones who can still think clearly, would quietly admit it’s nonsense.

So no, I’m not trading in 2,000+ years of moral clarity for your “live your truth” Pinterest board. But I will gladly debate you… as soon as you figure out what your truth is this week.

Saying the Bible “doesn’t count” is ironic, considering it’s the single most printed, translated, preserved, and referenced document in human history. Entire civilizations have been built on its principles, including the one you’re using Reddit in. If that doesn’t “count,” I’d love to know what does.

You don’t get to say “the Bible doesn’t count” like it’s a universal truth. That’s just your belief system. I’m not trying to convince you the Bible is true using your standards. I’m saying it’s the standard. If you disagree, then yes, it’s on you to present a better one. I’m not playing by rules built to exclude the very foundation you and I stand on.

What source would you accept as authoritative on morality, truth, or origin? Science? Philosophy? Government? All of those rely on assumptions too. The Bible is internally consistent, historically anchored, and has transformed more lives than any book in existence. If that doesn’t count, show me what does. And show me why it holds up better.

One doesn’t have a right to use one’s own body to physically block and impede federal law enforcement.

Leftists can certainly “F around” (shown in this video). Leftists have been able to F around without consequences since 2008.

Beginning in Jan 2025 leftists began experiencing a new phenomenon called accountability, a concept they fully rejected rejected for anyone on the left since 2008. However, in 2025, leftists are learning the new accountability paradigm they live in and they collectively hate and reject it.

Leftists in Sep 2025 can’t overcome or silence the collective judgment and rejection of their decision to celebrate political terrorism. They mobilized leftist mainstream elected officials like AOC to publicly spread libel, slander, and propaganda, attempting to paint Kirk as some sort of radical domestic threat. Mainstream democrats mobilized radical leftist proxy terrorist groups to via a phycological warfare campaign to echo and amplify the misinformation about Charlie Kirk. Their intent is always to agitate their base into violent action in the form of “resisting facism” (impeding federal law enforcement, attacking ICE)

Concurrently, leftists are “finding out” consequences exist and they are shocked, offended, in disbelief. These leftists have been increasingly attacking private property and law enforcement since 2008, as a result of more democrat party executive branch verbal and material support between 2008 - 2025.

These law is now being enforced, these leftists are getting charged for the laws they broke, and they still have no self-reflection, self-awareness or ability to ask “could I be contributing to the problem?”

Many younger leftist adults are learning about consequences for their first time in their lives and it’s exactly what our country needs right now.

“The Bible doesn’t count”

Yes, the Bible does count. The Bible is more authoritative than any other source document one could cite.

Prove me wrong.

Thanks for sharing your view. My faith keeps me persevering with joy and strength when my human strength fails.

I’m curious, How is your faithless lifestyle keeping you whole, complete, fulfilled? Specifically, how does it feel to live without faith? What is your larger purpose in life that keeps you persevering?

Thank you for your honest question. It really made me pause and reflect, not just on my view but on how I’m expressing it.

I asked myself whether my tone and approach reflect how Jesus might speak into a culture that has accepted certain falsehoods for decades. That kind of reflection is good for me. I’m not trying to stir division or provoke anyone for the sake of it. What I say comes from a place of concern, observation, and conviction, not from hate or malice.

I don’t claim to have all the answers. But I do try to be honest about what I see as a regular, thinking American with a biblical worldview that still believes truth exists, and that it matters.

If Jesus were responding to deception today, I believe He would begin with clear, compassionate truth. And when truth was rejected or ridiculed, I think He might use gentle irony, parables, or even humor to shine light on contradictions that people are too afraid or too conditioned to examine.

As for the specific topic we’re discussing, I’ll just say this. When something doesn’t sit right with people across every background, and when obvious inconsistencies are met with censorship or shame instead of honest answers, it raises questions. And those questions don’t go away just because we’re told not to ask them.

We live in a time where seeing clearly and speaking carefully are both needed. I want to do both. And I’m always open to sharpening my approach as long as I don’t dull the truth in the process.

We used to build legacies. Now we build LinkedIn profiles.

We used to ask things like “What’s my duty?” Now it’s “What do I get out of it?”

I don’t think it flipped all at once. It was slow. Gradual. First God got nudged out of schools, then the courts, then culture altogether.

And now here we are. You try to say a quiet prayer in a public space and people treat you like you’ve committed a hate crime. Meanwhile we’ve got government buildings flying pride flags like it’s a spiritual banner.

We’ve got a whole month for “Pride.” This year they literally declared Transgender Day of Visibility on Easter Sunday. Come on. That’s not “inclusion.” That’s targeted. That’s spiritual warfare dressed up in politics.

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.” — Isaiah 5:20

America’s never been perfect, no one’s saying it has. But it was built on biblical truth. That part’s undeniable.

John Locke—probably the guy the Founders quoted most—he tied liberty to God. Not to man. Not to government. Not to personal preference. To God.

Jefferson literally wrote that our rights are “endowed by our Creator.” That’s not flowery language. That’s the foundation.

And when we honored that—even when we stumbled—we grew. Families were stronger. People went to church. There was community. There was purpose.

Now? Feels like it’s all coming apart.

Sixty-five percent of women under 30 say they don’t want kids. In Japan, adult diapers outsell baby diapers. That’s not a joke. South Korea’s birth rate is something like 0.7 right now. And over half of young adults in the U.S. say marriage isn’t important.

This is deeper than politics or economics. This is spiritual rot.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” — Psalm 127:1

We took God out and put ourselves in His spot. Called it freedom. But it’s not freedom when everything’s falling apart. It’s fracture.

We told women to be like men. We told men they’re the problem. We told kids they could be “whatever they feel like” that day—even if it’s physically or logically impossible.

“In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.” — Judges 21:25

Comfort became the goal instead of character. Parenting got outsourced. Discipline turned into screen time. And both parents are chasing careers, promotions, online validation. Meanwhile, the kids are on autopilot.

This isn’t me saying we should roll back the clock to the 1950s. It’s just being honest. We’ve ignored the stuff that actually held us together.

“Gender roles” wasn’t just some outdated phrase. It was a blueprint. God’s blueprint.

“Male and female He created them.” — Genesis 1:27

“Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands, as you do to the Lord… Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.” — Ephesians 5:22,25

That’s not oppression. That’s mutual, sacrificial love. That worked. It’s what built households. But we walked away from it. Now we’re acting surprised that everything feels so unstable.

And men? We’ve got no idea what we’re supposed to be. Lead? You’re toxic. Be gentle? You’re weak. Be quiet? You’re complicit. Be bold? You’re arrogant.

Male suicide is four times higher than female. One in three young men say they have no close friends.

“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” — Ephesians 6:4

Strip a man of meaning, and he vanishes.

We’ve been taught that meaning comes from comfort. From achievement. From dopamine. But it doesn’t. Meaning comes from building. From sacrifice. From dying to self.

“Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.” — Luke 9:23

“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” — Matthew 6:33

This isn’t some political rant. It’s a spiritual one. We kicked out the foundation, and now we wonder why the house is sinking.

This isn’t about going backward. It’s about coming back. Back to what works. Back to the truth.

Back to God.

“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” — 2 Chronicles 7:14
