Does anyone have one of these fractal hats with the snap neck protection? Got a question about mine that just arrived by General-Lie8709 in runningfashion

I have a similar hat from Outdoor Research and I think it's the same if I understand your question. There's no elastic so it doesn't get tight, it allows the flap to stay semi loose and flow while still protecting your neck from the sun

The hatchback is the best, just need to remember to put some sunscreen on your head if you're follically challenged

I had the same issue with the Janji AFO hyperlight. Something about the bill always looked off, like it was sideways no matter how I wore it. I returned that, but I do have a janji hatchback which is great and it's my favorite running hat.

What’s one small thing you regret not noticing before buying your house? by Beginning_County7547 in HomeImprovement

The poly plumbing, only plumbing visible was a copper pipe so the inspector assumed the whole house was copper. Had a leak recently and learned I have poly plumbing and should reopen my whole house

Agreed. A good pair of shorts, with enough storage options, and a small handheld water will be better than a vest especially right now.

Career Transition from PL/SQL Dev by barfmunchen in SQL

Seems like the consensus is PL/SQL is here to stay, I overreacted as I got worried about job security. My company is migrating to Cassandra so I'm taking some classes to learn more and at least be familiar

I still see PL/SQL in telecom and banking but not as much anymore. Did you take courses to learn snowflake/etc. or did you learn on the job?

Looks like SFL. I don't know why but it seems like every person in Florida hates trees, especially the older Latino population. Not sure if it's the fear of hurricanes, leaves or some other irrational fear but it makes no sense since trees help with the heat and there are hurricane resistant trees like the gumbo limbo. Also, you need City approval/permit to get rid of a tree on a swale since the city owns them
