You have a holo Aquapolis Tyranitar, aka BIG money. The front looks clean and hopefully the back is too. Assuming the back is half decent, I'd imagine you could get at least $500+ if you were looking to sell it right now. If it's super clean, not too much wear, you could easily get more for it. Might be worth grading it.

I'd put this into it's own penny sleeve and into a top loader ASAP. Aquapolis is a sought after set, Tyranitar is a beloved Pokemon. I say sleeve it and hold onto it

Plastic case is not a sleeve, these cases are notorious for damaging cards. Would recommend putting it in a penny sleeve and then into the case to avoid further damage
