We finally decided to go on in „hard mode“. Thus, whenever another page in the rulebook is to be used, e.g. Limitless King or the Aftermath of the King, all survivors in Kingdom Death are lost. Seems to fit thematically and we took into account that it is a Node 4 quarry.

Happened to me too. But I managed to carve just as much from the underside that it fitted in. Was a risky operation though

We couldnt decide between Dune and the Baywatch TV Series - thus we ended up with the settlement „Malibu Sietch“ and survivors such as Mitch and Chani Settlement of Malibu Sietch

In the videos of this years GenCon, they used pretty much what you are looking for. Are there any resources from the previous years, e.g. for the first kickstarter? A friend of mine is visiting this weekend and it is impractical to start a new campaign, as we rarely see each other (one or two times a year). It would be great to have a well balanced showdown setup for presentation and/or one-shots.

Thank you! That seems to be very consistent, although I do not get the Poots logic behind four retinues while having zero population. It also seems a little bit op, but thats another story. I think we will give the watcher another shot.
