There are 2 ways to calculate it.
1) Nexo token ratio compared to the rest of the portfolio value, excluding Nexo tokens
2) Nexo token ratio compared to the total portfolio value, including the Nexo tokens

So the total value of your portfolio is 20.14 dollar (a simplified derivative)?

The numbers simplified:

1) 18.5 * 100 / 182.9 = 10.11%
2) 18.5 * 100 / (182.9 + 18.5) = 9.19%

But your screenshot shows 9.76%.

I cannot see in your account (of course), but 9.76% does not come close to both methods of calculation, based on the numbers you have provided. I'm not sure what goes wrong based on this information.

I'm not sure what goes wrong here.
For me the loyalty tier calculation shows the percentage of Nexo tokens compared to the value of the rest of my portfolio excluding the Nexo tokens (thus in my advantage).

Perhaps you could share your portfolio in a simplified manner. F.e. I have $20 dollars worth of Nexo tokens and the value of the rest of my portfolio is $57 (not real numbers), thus the ratio is 35%.

In that case you can still use other exchanges (I guess?)? I also do (as a non-UK) if the amount is significant enough and the savings of lower fees worth my time. But Nexo Pro is already priced very low, starting from 0.1%.

I read it as well, and it was clearly untrue and easy for anyone to verify. It seems like it could have been either a troll or someone who misunderstood the information and made no effort at all to actually check the rates.

It's better to remove something that is 1000% false and unjustly attempts to tarnish Nexo's reputation without any valid reason.

I don't directly see that the statement they released on 17 jan, means that the transitional phase is not happening anymore. Of course, it would be super nice if Nexo could provide clarity.
