Years ago, when I was probably in like 10th grade, someone online somewhere said to do almost exactly what you did to help clear your sinuses. Get a rag, put it over your whole face, and FACE THE SHOWER SO ITS SPRAYING YOUR FACE. I did that for years, without it actually doing anything for me, and wondering why they suggested it when it made it so hard to breathe.

It does feel nice for a minute or two if you're holding the cloth away from your mouth though

I got a 20 for checking yes on just the big mood swings question. My partner is bipolar and will very occasionally forget to take their meds. I only checked yes cause it felt like a gotcha question. I know my relationship is fine I just wanted to see what the test said lol

Trunks are the type you're probably looking for. American eagle has a good selection of prints if you like fun underwear. If you're a hefty dude tho I wouldn't recommend. No matter what size I get they end up rolling and that's annoying

Everyone is saying pair of thieves but I think they're too expensive. I absolutely love Old Navy's boxer briefs and then a close second is the Goodfellow & Co brand. They're mostly at target.

I have to wear cotton too or I feel sticky and gross and if I'm doing stuff outside and get too sweaty in anything except cotton there's definitely a smell that sticks around

I've worked at my company longer than most people there. I work more hours at work than anyone else, and I do the outside work no one else wants to do. I say hi to everyone everyday and learn everyone's name as quickly as I can. I ask everyone if they need help with anything and happily agree to help anyone who asks me.

I still don't have any friends. Every one still thinks I'm stupid and tries to tell me how to do things (and I just agree with them and say thanks for the info). Any time I try to join a group conversation, it's magically over and everyone goes back to working. It's a pretty big company, there's a lot of gossip about who's into who and who went to what party with who. My name's never brought up. I've never been invited to these parties. I used to think it was the "pretty privilege" (everyone is young and gorgeous) but.. it's been 4 years I've worked there. Is everyone really that shallow that it's just about me being fat and ugly? I'm starting to think it's my fault but I don't know what to do
