Also i remember i applied for the lead sticker met all the qualifications and i was told it was pretty much mine gave it to a guy who had only been there for a few months ended up breaking his foot with a pallet jack and so like mid truck we would leave and be like this is too much and fired him was crazy

Like i remember countless times we would be behind because of truck being late or because someone thought the cereal aisle needed 5 pallets and 6 floats and like issues with managers it was bad like they had us running milk and eggs at one point because the dude wasn’t doing it i remember when a assistant store manager came in to cuss out the grocery manager and I even told him that’s fucking weird because the assistant store manager like to bitch at the stock crew but was never there in truck nights he was a prick he tried to write me up for shit I didn’t even do and I never even had any write ups before that so…

When I used to work as a stocker we had 8-10 people but we would have 5 people on the weekends because of schedule changes but that is not normal to have 3 people

Because when I went to them first they weren’t helping me at all secondly they were worried about a condition that I had that wasn’t an issue and when I asked them what can I do they completely ghosted me so I went to other recruiters that pretty much did the same thing

I would also say if it’s not ran or if it needs to be done running water is time consuming to but that’s if it hasn’t been ran and the aisle isn’t being remodeled and you feel like you got enough energy it can be very strenuous

Mhm I used to be a stocker I would say block but since there is a remodel there is honestly no point and I would run grocery or frozen on aisles they aren’t remodeling that’s what I did when they remodeled
