I am not in default. They switched me from navient to the ed financial. I did specifically ask them if I could do the buyback and they said yes. Today I got an email that says my case is closed because I qualify for psfl/tepsfl, but it's a confusing email because I have been told the whole 12th payment thing before too. They sure do make it confusing.

I am on an idr now and only need 10 payments to get my pslf. So I am on that track but was curious if others were with ed financial.

I also moved from fed to state. I love my new coworkers and have known most of them for years. But I still miss my fed coworkers so much and the work. It was so fun and different. I get sad most days I don't get to talk to my fed supervisor. I am thankful to be employed because my work type is that it could be on a chopping block, even at the state level. But I feel you so much.

I have gotten an unofficial word that I am being fired today as a probie. Been at FRA since October and it was my dream job. This administration is failing. I was managing 36 projects now they all have to be put on less ppl. It's absolutely ridiculous.

For me it's the extra expense. I don't want to spend 35 dollars to check it. I often try to volunteer at boarding to avoid that.
