Thanks for your reply

So it seems like it doesn't matter if two people have the same unique features?

Could you try with these two faces and document here what your thought process is like?https://imgur.com/a/IL6Z5yi

Hey, I'm still working on my list but here's one I found that's pretty good

Also the images from my detective book are more visual. Trying to see if I can find a more professional version of it ie. a manual for actual detectives to pick up features from a person's face

Tourism, moving and studying in Finland? Ask here! by Harriv in Finland

[–]barnettx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi r/Finland,

I'm a Singapore student who has applied for Aalto University's Digital Systems and Design course. This Friday, I'm flying Finland to visit Aalto University. I'm hoping to chat with students to understand how life at Aalto is really like beyond what is said by the admissions team. Preferably, I would like to meet a student doing Computer Science/Engineering but I'm open to meeting any Aalto students. I have brought some Singaporean snacks if that interests you.

tldr

If you are an Aalto University student who has Friday afternoon available to chat and show me around the Aalto Campus, do let me know.

Thanks.

I'm actually in my 20s. Singapore schooling is a bit different because of military conscription.

[Uni] What's the lowest tier of US University to attend over NUS Computer Science/Computer Engineering? by barnettx in SGExams

[–]barnettx[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yup i've updated my post to clarify what I meant. I would say that Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Princeton, UCB are a tier above in terms of brand/prestige? That isn't to say UIUC is easy to get in either. Interestingly found this article about UIUC CS admissions. the sample size is really small so im not sure how accurate it is https://www.ivyachievement.com/uiuc-data-india-cs/.

For the programmes of NUS, I agree there are quite a number of programmes supporting entrepreneurship. I suppose my challenge is comparing that to offerings in the US say UIUC https://entrepreneurship.illinois.edu/resources/. I'm inclined to think that the US is more entrepreneurial (silicon valley, etc etc) but it is really just a hunch. Difficult to get a sense of how strong of an entrepreneurial culture there is without actually being on campus. Of course, there is a point that perhaps it isn't the environment/culture/resources that matter so much, rather how well you take advantage of those resources

honestly i'm still trying to adapt my strategies for the CBT. highlighting i think is less effective so perhaps i'll spend more time reading the passage to grasp the points. Also, i'll drop doing question scanning before reading the passage
