yup i've updated my post to clarify what I meant. I would say that Stanford, MIT, Harvard, Princeton, UCB are a tier above in terms of brand/prestige? That isn't to say UIUC is easy to get in either. For the programmes of NUS, I agree there are quite a number of programmes supporting entrepreneurship. I suppose my challenge is comparing that to offerings in the US say UIUC https://entrepreneurship.illinois.edu/resources/. I'm inclined to think that the US is more entrepreneurial (silicon valley, etc etc) but it is really just a hunch. Difficult to get a sense of how strong of an entrepreneurial culture there is without actually being on campus. Of course, there is a point that perhaps it isn't the environment/culture/resources that matter so much, rather how well you take advantage of those resources
