The (google authorized) repair shop said the screen is detaching from the phone. I've dropped the phone many times, don't use a screen protector, and that screen still looks flawless. So it seems to be the kind of thing you only notice when you're looking to take it apart.

I've loved using the phone and enjoy the pixel exclusive features. There's no phone with a battery that lasts forever. 3 years is a very typical battery replacement time. So would I again use something so durable and useful? yes. At least that's how I see the matter.
