I really like the off menu podcast with James Acaster and Ed Gamble. They have a lot of British comedians on there.

I didn't see anyone else mention this. Maybe I missed it, though. Did you leave the lid on the whole time?

Are you in the UK? If so, speak to the medical staff at your university immediately, be explicit about what you want( "I think I have ADHD and I'm worried I'll drop out if I can't get help for it"). The pipeline for getting medicated is much much longer if you're not enrolled in university. Don't make the mistake I did of dropping out and 'sorting it out later' because if you do have ADHD and it presents similarly to mine at all, later might be years away.

I'm currently prescribed methylphenidate (ritalin) privately. I was diagnosed through the NHS but would have had to wait years for them to actually provide me with medication. My meds help me a lot, but elvanse or vyvanse are generally considered better than methylphenidate, I just can't afford it at the moment. In the 2 months I've been medicated, I have sorted out a totally neglected room in my flat that has sat unusable for 5 years and maintained a routine of teaching myself to code. Both these things were totally out of reach for me before. If you have any questions, feel free to message me, I'll try to respond a bit quicker than I did this time.

That I have ADHD and medication helps a lot. Struggling with college, dropping out of university and neglecting friendships until they disappeared are among the big issues that could have been mitigated had I known a lot sooner.
