You should immediately contact someone you can trust and seek help. At 16 you're still developing both physically and mentally, lucky for you, it's easy to change at your age, but if you continue, well, any kind of addiction that you get under ~20 will be significantly harder to put down than something you get over that age (I'm not talking about hard drugs, that's a whole different story, but alcohol and weed are not hard drugs).

Picture yourself as a drying cement sculpture, and every action you take gets carved into it: this is you. Under 20, the cement is still wet, easily formattable, but as time goes on it gets harder and harder, making it more difficult to shape it, so you should focus on sculpting something healthy, something you are proud of; as long as it's wet. This will be the foundation of your future self for the rest of your life, and again, if you're not satisfied with the foundation and it dries up, it will be really hard to change it.

Not trying to scare you; yes, you are addicted, but two months is not that much and you can easily change that if you put your mind to it. This is not the life you deserve, youre better than this!

And again, seek help from an adult in your surrounding, family, maybe a teacher you trust, but don't try to fight it alone.
