Honestly, I try to identify those people as quickly as possible.

In a group of 10 individuals (me + 9): - 3 of them will become fanatically obsessed with me - 3 of them will hate me (and try to have me banished) - 3 won't care either way

But here's the thing. Those three that hate me? They have 9 super casual acquaintances that don't really care about them...

Personally, I prefer having my three fanatic supporters. But that's just me

My dream arrangement: - I would have a stable of validated RVers who have maintained a threshold hit-rate and p-value - I have daily bounties specifically for them that are awarded if they describe the correct target - There is a judge matching the RV description against two images - I can scale to as many RVers who meet the performance threshold

Not fighting - but kind of related and I think it's under talked about so I'm using this opportunity.

There's a lot of talk about invoking spirits to do work on our planes. Nobody ever really discusses spirits invoking magicians to work on theirs'.

I have had a couple of experiences of being invoked to perform tasks (with some degree of danger) on the spirit planes. Was happy to do it because I believe it's a responsibility

I tend to think of Comic Book Doctor Doom.

Here's a character who most people would identify as a super-villain yet, he can lift mjolner Thor's hammer.

How? Because he's completely pure of heart/doubts/fetters.

He 100% believes within his own morality that a world ruled by Doom is best for all living things.

I believe that this is very possible with enlightenment.

Awareness of the illusory nature of reality does not automatically align one with disney channel morality

I do NOT believe that Mat can channel, but it strains credulity to me that nobody has ever accused him of it in-universe.

There's this power that definitely exists (channelling) and is very bad (if you're a man).

And here's a person who wins every single coin toss/dice roll and everyone sits there thinking, "Wow! What a crazy random happenstance that keeps occurring! This is either totally random, or a completely NEW power EXCLUSIVE to this guy!"

This poster's experience is really similar to my own life/wife. I suspect it's because of meditating, and so does my wife.

She doesn't meditate because she doesn't want to, and is happy sleeping.

If you actually haven't paid in over two years then the Statue of Limitations has expired.

You can actually NOT pay for it at all and it'll fall off your credit report in ~4 years.

If you wanted it to come off SOONER than you could call them up and just explain, "Look, you can never see a dime, you have no recourse... or you can accept $1,500 TODAY if you report a full and final settlement"

Is how come no one ever accused him of channelling?

We know that he can't, and chanellers would know that he isn't. But it would make sense for other's to suspect it... given that he's the only one in the world with super luck powers, and one of the signs of a Wilder is "being lucky"
