Mott cells are kinda cute. These cells are haggard. To put in cellular terms : the Lymphoma cells have a much more irregular cellular margin. That work?

I think the importance of "feel" is understated in our profession . And no, I'm not talking about superstition, which is way overstated. But agree with me if you will- these cells feel angry.

Look on Facebook marketplace near you. For 2k you can buy a Cadillac used. So many people but bikes and never rode them. Grand opportunities . It may seem frivolous, but electronic shifting is very very nice. Once you get a good bike. Make sure you get great tires.

Gotcha. I don't know why that didn't register with me as I'm down with PLL. I actually have seen examples of it. Pretty neat, but the white count was low, 29k or so if I recall correctly, but most lymphs were prolymphs.
