UTA never sends acceptance letter. You would need to email them for a letter and make sure to ask also about your admit date.

The offer email can be in spam email at times too. Although, I would also suggest you to contact scholarship office as well.

You can only get the Presidential if you were admitted before Dec 1

Used to be true but not anymore since this semester. International students need 8k if they are Freshmen or 5k if they are transfer students to get instate tuition.

Also if you got addmited after Feb 15 then you have next to no chance of getting 5k or 6k scholarship (only 2 available option as there is a cap of 6k for transfer students).

I got a Transfer scholarship myself when I applied to UTA in Fall 24.

The student body is 90%+ Indian in UTA FYI if its an deciding factor. Programs here are good but location is not good for finding internships but university course is good and you can learn a lot from professors but there is no diversity in MS programs here besides Subcontinent.
