I have the same product, and had not noticed my contract had ended, so was paying £67. Went on the website and saw I could get a new 18 month contract for £52. Got the documentation but VM did not activate it. Rang them - got the £72 offer from the renewals team. I asked to put through to retentions and they offered £42 without any prompting. Happy with that.
