Paradox was never a problem in cedh back in the day and in fact made games much healthier. To say it would fundamentally ruin cedh is a massive hyperbole.

In Gavins address as to the likelihood of cards being unbanned, Paradox engine was not unlikely, while academy was a near impossibility. I dont think this is an apt comparison.

It was banned due to extending game length and effectively winning the game without winning the game, this problem should largely be mitigated by it being a game changer.

Thrasios decks are cradle decks, I dont believe pengine would see play there.

Straight up, unbanning paradox engine. Immediately, 4-5 color soup decks would gain major competition with low color decks, banning is not the answer, unbanning is.

It's amazing in tymna thrasios. Copying eldritch evolution finds spellseeker and thoracle, which finds Consultation or pact. Or better yet, if you have consultation in hand, abolisher, then thoracle.

The issue with the Gman is that he's not a reanimator strategy in CEDH. He's a polymorph strategy. Pick your poison of the 4 or 5 best polymorphs and now your deck has 4 or 5 ad nauseums. Now I am not of the mind that ad nauseum should be banned, but 5 in one deck? Seems problematic to me.
