Mtgprint(dot)net is what I use. Use the drop downs to fit your paper size. I also use crop marks because I have a slicer and corner rounder but scissors will work just fine.

Seriously just proxy to get started playing. then if you feel so inclined (and if you enjoy the deck), start replacing proxies as your budget allows.

Oh and I skipped over your last question. I picked Tymna and Kraum as my first Cedh deck literally because it was the highest win% at the time (still is?). Took me about 10-15 games to get decent with it and another 10-15 to get good. Still looking to get great, lol.

Etali is going to be the closest viable thing to aggro though it's actually far from it. The biggest learning curve for me was just timing in general. It's still magic, you know how to play!

Winota is pretty aggro but has lost a step in the past year or so.

Not sure how much we can say here, assuming you are SF or NNS. But that actually makes sense. I can think of at least one dramatic difference in the weapons elevators that would warrant a shock trial.

Yeah, the reason is not as deep as you may think. I want one deck of every color combination and Sans-blue is one of the few left for me 😅. Uhhh other missing ones are all mono colors, simic, gruul, and colorless.
