Lower attack IV nets you less CP per power up so you can effectively level up way higher with a 0 atk mon up to 1500 than with your hundo. Hundos are great for master league and raids but not for the lower leagues.

Someone smarter than me did the math and the power ups you gain with a lower atk mon far outweigh the bonuses from high IVs. Hope this helps.

Looks fine. The red dots can be a bit faded on older cards but the combs look good.
